Bio

Jordan Pratt is a singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. His music is heavily influenced by artists in the folk/singer-songwriter world. Think Sufjan Stevens and Bon Iver mixed with a bit of John Mayer and Ed Sheeran. Jordan’s also influenced by artists like Adrianne Lenker (Big Thief), Phoebe Bridgers, and Ethan Gruska.

Jordan’s journey has been a really interesting road, if he does say so himself in the third person. He is a trained opera singer, and has performed in musical theater shows like Sweeney Todd and Little Shop of Horrors. He also loves choir singing, and has performed in professional choral ensembles. Somehow, this all lead him to a deep love for songwriting and a mountain of student debt. Jordan is living the American dream.

Jordan’s song “Come Back to Me Love” was a finalist in the 2020 John Lennon Songwriting Competition. Jordan was selected as a mentee in The Society of Composers and Lyricists 2020-21 Mentorship program.
