Jordan Pratt- EPK
If Jordan Pratt’s music was a painting, it would be an impressionist landscape. Calming, lush indie folk meets pop singer-songwriter tunes that take you to another world. It’s indie folk meets traditional singer-songwriter, with a background in classical singing. Like Sufjan Stevens meets Rufus Wainwright
Jordan Pratt is a solo artist based in Los Angeles. He released his EP “The Deepest of Blues” in March 2022.
After receiving a degree in classical vocal performance in Boston, Jordan wrote over a hundred songs and headed to LA with his small family to pursue a career as a songwriter.
Since that time, Jordan has released two EPs and 5 singles, and has received over 300k streams across all platforms. He was selected as a semifinalist in the 2022 International Songwriting Competition and as a finalist in the 2020 John Lennon Songwriting Competition. Jordan was selected as a participant in the Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project in 2021 and as a mentee in the 2020-2021 Society of Composers and Lyricists Mentorship program.
Jordan’s music has been featured on music blogs and playlists by curators including Spotify’s Fresh Finds Folk, Alex Rainbird, Indie Folk Central, and Ear to the Ground.
Artist influences include Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver, Adrianne Lenker, Rufus Wainwright, and Adam Melchor.
